I have been trying this out for some time. The product has been maturing and has worked very well. It blocks bad sites (better than some competitors), isn't heavy on the resources and is pretty smooth all together. The passwordless login works, their mobile client integration is helpful, and is pretty set and forget. I am still trying this out but impressed by the improvements and helpful staff.
I didn't understand the tiers but the support team answered on another Question which helped. I did have am issue with the install but that was my system. I would have more tutorials to help but again they were so nice and quick to respond. I'm going to test it out and move up in the tiers to get the rest of my team using Judy.

This product feels not ready. It was already complicated to install it and then its not really working for me.
After signing up, you can download the browser plugin or the desktop client. I was downloading the browser plugin. But if you click on it, it's not opening. I was finding out by chance, that it was overriding my start page of the browser, so I was able to access it by opening a new tab. But then I tried to import my LastPass vault, and it's simply not working. I tried also to get an introduction from them, by signing up the form on their homepage, but still no reply...
So I'm overall running from one error in the next one. Feels not good at the current status.
