When was your company founded & where is it located?
Founded June 6th 2023, Located in Portland Oregon
What are past projects, failures, or successes you’ve had in your career?
I have co-run a web software prototype company from 2011 to 2015 where we built $250,000 projects. While there was lots of funding the founders ignored many of my recommendations for building tools with a user base first which ultimately they were not successfuly long term. I have worked for many companies that have built ecommerce stores and I saw many not work well. In my past I started a packaging company and was the first to solve bio degradeable k-cupin 2013, but had my design taken from me under NDA by a company in Canada that is now on their stock exchange. It became increasingly difficult to keep going since it meant manufactures needed to change. My last success was launching issautomotive.com for a company and moving them from $0 to crossing $16M in rev as their Director of Ecommerce over 4 years. At the same time I built and tested Aah Sheets on their site for SEO and AI. It allowed us to scale up testing AI in 2021 to 2023 and increase sales and reduce ads. I have had my failures, but many times it's not really failing but really more time is needed to perfect. At this time, I have put a lot of effort into AahSheet and growing my Alpha group to 500 members. Many have seen good success and even have their own case studies on it.
What is your team size?
Just me :)
I was a developer for IBM, AT&T, along with other tech jobs the last 15 years. I might get a CSR to help but at the moment just me.
Are you funded or bootstrapped?
bootstrapped ... no loans, etc. Have made about $100k in sales with $20k spent on ads along with grinding in groups.
What 3rd party tools is your product critically dependent on?
Google Sheets & AI systems. These are critical and not going away.
Optionally we connect to NeuronWriter, SurferSO, Scrapers, and AI images tools. While these are not critical they make things more efficient.
Where is your customer data stored?
Systeme.io which is a French company - only email first and last name.
Heroku which is USA for our API connector from AppSumo to Systeme.io which is mostly email, first and last name.
How many customers do you have today?
about 500
What’s the origin of the idea for your product?
SEO and automating AI content using Jasper and SurferSEO. Was a cut and paste and click run AI button nightmare. So, I built tools to automate. Went from 3 VA and 100 articles a month to 1 VA and 400 articles in a day in Google Sheets. Jasper also had a 30,000 word limit and then shut off our account. They said it was a "fair use" policy. We solved that. Most sites wanted $50 to $30 for a single AI article. Mine was 75 cents back then. Now we are down to 3 pennies while these companies came down to $19 haha. Lots of webserves if shut down are not truly lifetime and unlimited. So we solved limit issue and provide maximum freedom with Google Sheets and advanced Flows. It shocked me what we could build with Sheets.

Reliable and Scalable: Ensure long-term reliability and scalability without hidden restrictions.
What’s the #1 thing you’re looking to gain from the AppSumo campaign?
Marketing push and assets along with Branding. Mostly excited to test what we have been building last 1+ year with our user base. They are all excited to see.
What are your plans with the customers, cash, and learnings from the AppSumo campaign?
I will keep building tools and helping companies. My Grandfather Don Altman started the Texas Tech SBDC and helped businesses across west Texas. My father was later the assistant director. It's my legacy and honor to support businesses with tools to help them. I will move to building more advanced tools and learning what people need along with using my skills.
Any details to clarify about the deal?
I think things are generally open to test. Only real limit is that free gmail accounts only have 20,000 api calls a day, but we have many people using multiple accounts. Paid accounts are 100,000 a day. Free account can create about 300 articles a day. So, its simple to use multiple accounts to do well over 1000 a day if people really needed. Not common to see that type of scale, but we have people spending $2000 a month running the sheets and scaling content like crazy.
