A: Right now its automated to create blog schema. With AI you can us built in ai function to request what ever you want via prompt. So just feed it what schema you want added and it will create it. For now I added blog schema in our Max sheets which is our bulk content sheets.
Q: Can i use this to rewrite all page description, meta description for Shopify?
I have a few Shopify store has been around for almost 10 years and we have about 1000 products. i am looking to improve the SEO through improving meta description, page description, image alt text, product description that has better keywords etc automatically for the whole website. Can your app do it automatically? Thanks~
A: Thanks for reaching out. Yes, this was built to do this. There is an ecommerce sheet that can help you with optimizing product pages. You can add in customer reviews or reviews in general from any related product to help optimize the content for conversion. This doesn't do image alt. We do title, description and we can handle managing other data. This will let you also pull down all the variants. There is a place to add keywords and that will also help update the copy. There is option to general AI version. Then you can edit this or edit the original directly. After done you have an option to sync back the original or the AI version. I just revamped this particular sheet. I will be creating the training video on this over the weekend. I just did a big update to this flow and released this last few days.
We have other sheets that will scale up SEO content for blogs, pages, products and collection pages. You can look at your product mix and see if you can expand the catalog. Often its easy to duplicate products based on keywords and launch these into Google to improve performance. I have done this successfully in the automotive space and increase sales on Shopify. Its not a perfect system, but you can do a LOT with Google Sheets and shopify. We have a lot of Shopify users in the group which was the goal to building all this several years back now.
Let's say I have 20,000 product names in a sheet, can this tool help me bring their official product description from the brand's websites as well as scrap the products images from the web?
A: Thats a good question. Its an engineering question so ... it depends.
We are using Googles built in scraper. You can scrape URLs. We are not scraping image urls. You could write code to do this if needed. It's not a big leap with AI programming into Google Sheets.
Our sheet can take the data returned and use AI to create you a description and then you can push all this to Shopify or Woo with our current integration. For other platforms you just add the data and run their import using their system.
Yes, you can use our tool to automate a lot of this. This is why I built this tool. I used it while working in ecommerce and managing sites. This tool started helping me at work about 3 years ago. If the websites you want to crawl are not easily open and public or they block crawlers then this will not work. So, it depends on the site.
Hope this helps answer your ideas on what might be possible.
As a pro planner (ie. procastinator), I have a large list of sub-topics in my niche, along with different styles to talk about these topics AND a large list of proven hooks (mainly for LinkedIn and X).
Would Ahh be able to help prepare posts with that kind of base info?
A: Hi, so the question is not fully clear. What do you mean by posting? We are not automatically posting from Google Sheet to Facebook, but you can connect something like Make.com and automate this.
There are built in AI functions so you can paste in all your data, ask AI to create a post, and then export that as needed. I often bulk import into Canva and process this way into graphics.
Simply, every cell can be a prompt and you can optimize using this function. It possible to write code to loop over all the data, but that will need custom code by a developer.
Q: Can this be used to write posts for a Google Business Profile?
