First of all, why don't you put a knowledge database in text format? Do we really have to go through these looong videos without a search option? Please setup a notion page and shorten your videos to 5 minutes.
Second, I didn't find how to set my brand mood for article writing. Nor can I set the desired length of articles.
I am still trying out the new automated version, but I couldn't get a nice content yet. To write a blog post you often must use different models for different tasks, starting with a deepsearch step (perplexity or else). Do you plan to add these more advanced content generation steps?
Please integrate with Notion to push content.
The added value is more about the code and AI functions, as it could be used to generate social media content (and which Would probably better fit), or customized email content.

Why Video Training?
We don’t provide text-based training because the project is too open-ended, and video helps ensure both user protection and tool security. While some videos are longer, they offer in-depth instructions, and with modern YouTube features, you can skip to exactly what you need. I assumed most users would know this, but for those new to the system, I still recommend following the full training to ensure you don’t miss essential steps. This will save time in the long run and help you use the tool effectively.
For BB Max, there are shorter step-by-step videos available under Overview. At the very least, complete Steps 1, 2, and 3 to fully grasp Task Tags, Knowledge Docs, and Styles, as these are crucial for customizing content like brand voice, article structure, and length.
Content Generation & Brand Voice
If you’re referring to Max Sheets, the article length is determined by the number of headers. Generally:
Each header generates ~150-200 words, though AI outputs can vary.
You can request short, medium, or long content in Task Tags—similar to a prompt.
The best AI quality comes from 4o (GPT-4o), which I highly recommend.

Advanced AI & Future Enhancements
We recently implemented Knowledge Docs and Task Tags to improve content customization. Adding deeper AI processing (like multi-model workflows or deep search) is possible but requires significant additional development. Right now, we’re focused on optimizing existing workflows before expanding into more complex integrations.
Notion Integration & Webhooks
There are no plans for direct Notion integration, but we just added Webhooks in the latest release. You can use Make (formerly Integromat) to create a custom integration. I tested it today, and it’s working well.
Expanding AI Options
For more powerful AI capabilities, you can integrate OpenRouter, which gives access to 200+ AI models, including Perplexity. This expands functionality significantly.
Overall, a lot of work has gone into building and optimizing this system, especially within Google Sheets’ constraints. If you want the most from it, follow the core training, use the new tools like Task Tags and Knowledge Docs, and feel free to reach out if you need guidance.
