A: You would control output by adding more headers. I would recommend no more than 25 headers which will be very long. Typically 8 to 12 headers will result in a good length. Longer doesn't mean it will rank better. Sometimes shorter can rank just fine. I would encourage you to test the serps and see what ranks for the keyword target.
