Q: Task Tags and difference between your tool and other AI Writers
Shawn, could you comment a bit more on the "task tag" that you say is one of your USPs and ways to write articles in bulk? How would this differ from other AI Article writers - e.g. SEOWriting, ZimmWriter, etc. Etc. Thanks!

The task tag is a powerful tool for adding extra detail to your content. While it's optional, my code is specifically designed to detect and utilize this tag when you include it. It's especially helpful in our bulk process, giving you full control over headers, titles, and the overall context of your keywords.
For example, the keyword "deck builder" without any direction might return a result related to building a house deck. However, on Google, it could also bring up results for card games like Magic: The Gathering. So how do you guide the AI to ensure it generates the right content, much like guiding a human with specific context and details? Thatâs where the {task=} tag comes in.
For example:
"deck builder {task= focus on Magic: The Gathering card game and how to build custom winning decks}"
This gives you much more control over the AI's output. You can even be more specific, such as:
"{task= ignore all other prompts and only use this prompt. Please provide an HTML list about the best rally cars}"
You can apply this tag to keywords, titles, and headers.
Many other tools are starting to offer similar features, but they often limit you to a single task at a time and donât handle bulk processing as we do. ZimmWriter, for example, might be introducing tags, but as far as I know, they donât offer the same level of context control at each header. Plus, using Google Sheets gives you a unique advantageâyou can see everything in one place and use our functions to generate AI content directly in cells with full control.
I can't speak specifically to every web writing tool out there, but many have limitations, whether it's a word count cap, limited user seats, or restrictions on the number of websites you can connect. We aim to solve all of this. For instance, ZimmWriter is limited to one seat, while our solution supports your entire team. Weâve designed it to unlock as much flexibility as possible.
That said, many users testing AI writing find it useful to use a mix of tools to diversify the output and avoid a single style or footprint. Experimenting with different tools might give you valuable insights into performance and results.
Hope this helps! Feel free to reach out if youâd like more details or have any questions.
