Looks good at first sight
I tried aBlocks an it looks good. Not the fanciest Templates but will work for me as a quick Landingpage Builder. The only thing that prents me from having a good expierience is that I can´t register my purchase on my wordpress site. This brings me to the confusing support, that´s everything but easy:
1. Tried to activate aBlocks Pro on my Wordpress Website.
2. Didn´t work.
3.Wrote an E-Mail to support the shown Mailadress
4. Got an anwer, that this mail adress istn´t the right one and got a link.
5. I have to register on an plattform
6. The Link doesn´t work
7. I seached my self and found the community
8. Got to register.
9. Send an Email with my support request.
10. Got an E-mail, I didn´t understood.
11. Forced to write this review
Thats an unnecesary bad user experience, an unforced error. You send People who like your Product throught a bad journey.
Easy Support is: I send you an Email with my request an you check my details and tell me how to register (btw. this is not my first Plugin installed on my wordpress website) or you do it for me and send me a notification that it´s done.
The issue is on your side not mine. I´d followed your intruction without any success.
It´s a tragedy the I forced to write here.
Sorry guys, good Products are nothing without a good service. Seems to that this will end in a refund.
Update: There´s nothing to reconsider as long as my issue exists!
