As part of the AppSumo Early Review program Beta, I received this deal for free in exchange for an honest review.

This payment gateway is interesting product for me because it focuses on collecting payment from buyers in the EU and UK. Currently my business is US centric as I know little about selling in Europe, which seems rather complicated for someone like me living outside the EU. To begin with, they are already integrated with Stripe and Paypal, which makes it easy for international sellers like me to collect payment, hence this is a huge plus.

They have direct integration with the local banks in a few countries, namely Austria, Germany, Netherlands, UK and Sweden (I don't see Belgium even though it is mentioned in the Appsumo description), so I can imagine how handy this can be for local European sellers and the ability to bypass Stripe and Paypal fees is definitely great! This is a feature that most common payment gateway (like Thrivecart) in the market don't support, so it's a huge plus. However, I am missing the ability to link up with my Transferwise bank account, both for EUR and UK pounds, which is a huge minus for me. If they are able to integrate with Transferwise bank accounts, I can imagine how this will open up a whole new game for international sellers like me.

The dashboard and onboarding is rather straightforward and easy to understand, I'm able to input my logo and provide my business information. But I'm missing the ability to use my own custom domain for the checkout link and there isn't any product display page. Where to contact support is also quite unclear, perhaps I'm just used to having a support chat on the product dashboard as this is rather common nowadays. When I was unable to connect with my bank account, I'm issued a transaction ID that I am supposed to quote when communicating with the support team, which is rather trouiblesome in my opinion.

Overall it is a decent product that can be better than what it is currently if they are also able to cater to international sellers looking to expand their market share to sell to the European market.
