Q: GDPR, without Imprint?
How can the offer be compliant with EU data protection and laws if the website does not publish any information on the imprint and data protection?

Feb 7, 2025A: Hello, and thanks for the call out. We do not track people across their devices and across websites and apps that they visit. All the data is isolated to a single day, single website and single device only. All of the data that we do track and collect is kept fully secured, encrypted and hosted in the EU.
Yes, no imprint immediately reveals that they don't really care about EU law.
Hello, address of the company under privacy on their website. It's a little unfair to write they wouldn't care. A big part of companies, many in the US, do not disclose their actual headquarters , which is indeed a problem. Abralytics/Semvar Ltd is transparent but as a Northern Ireland/UK based company not part of EU, which is no issue if they are really using EU mainland servers for data storage.
Hello Nathaniel, it would be great if you would include an imprint on your site, best regards

That's great Nate, just checked back your emails. I am using Abralytics since it's first campaign and like it very much. Will go for tier3 this time. Seen now that you bought it almost a year ago and are based in the US. But you are keeping the companies original adress in the UK or will you transfer? Ok, for us in Europe the most important are the EU servers which you will certainly keep, right?

Awesome! Yes, I am keeping the original address in the UK until further notice. All of the data that we do track and collect for your clients is kept fully secured, encrypted and hosted in the EU.
