Good solid product - But didn't even last past a year (hence 1 star)
Everything was good.
Easy set up.
The load could have been improved.
Too bad they didn't think about crowd funding before they decided to pull plug..

I tried to connect the software to my website, but it didn't work. The worst part is the support. The help option when you log in doesn't work, and the chat option is also down. It's very difficult to reach support, which is a red flag. I hoped the software would work, but I didn't have much success. I strongly recommend the company improve their support, for example by providing a functioning chatbot or an email address. If the company needs help, they could purchase an AI chatbot from a vendor on AppSumo and train it to assist customers. In the world of AI, there is no excuse for providing bad service.

What I appreciate the most is its simplicity: within minutes I was already tracking visits and understanding my metrics without getting lost in dozens of reports like in GA4. I get exactly what I need at a glance: most visited pages, unique visitors, session duration, and traffic sources.

The second strong point is privacy. It doesn’t use cookies or track users, so I don’t need cookie banners and I know my site is automatically compliant with GDPR/CCPA. For me, since I don’t rely on aggressive marketing campaigns, this is a big relief.

On top of that, the script is very lightweight, which helps keep my site fast and SEO-friendly.

If you’re looking for a simplified Google Analytics, perfect for blogs, informational websites, educational or institutional projects, Abralytics is ideal. If you need advanced ad integrations, GA4 is still the way to go. But for most sites, Abralytics is exactly what was missing.

I really like the simplicity and it does what is says, nothing more, nothing less. I hope the dev realises the roadmap features we upvoted like better whitelabel and excluding bot traffic. Solid product that I hope stays for a long time.
