After purchasing Abralytics I really wanted it to work as I find clients find the Google Analytics interface way too confusing. I hoped this would be a user-friendly option to share with them so they could see website traffic data, which it really looked like it could do.

So, rather than move all my clients over I set up one client to test the features, check the data and create the brand and custom domain. I ran through all the set up procedures, added the code to the site and create the required DNS records as outlined.

Sadly, after two months of contacting support, the custom domain is still not working. I have requested help and confirmation but had no reply from either support chat or directly via email. When you go to the custom domain it fails using https and insecure http just goes to an Abralytics page, defeating the whole point of having a custom domain which does not look like your brand.

Worse than this is the data being tracked. August showed that a website which averages around 1,000 visitors a month had 1 visitor and 1 page view, with a 100% bounce rate. September was no better with it 4 visitors and 113 page views when Google Analytics showed over 1,000 visitors and close to 4,000 page views!!!!!

It's these type of apps that give AppSumo a bad name, and to be honest they should refund everyone that purchased it. On top of that, the developers should be ashamed of creating such a useless product with no support.

Please don't waste your time or money signing up for this.

I like the idea, and it works well. I realized its only allowed for one year, I wanted a stackable lifetime deal. This maybe work for some but for me i prefer longer. I will be refunding it since I can't stack it.

GA4 is great for deep insights, but more often than not clients want an ELI5 view and get more details later if necessary. Abralytics seems to be a great solution for such situations and the ability to enable client access / get them to receive regular updates is awesome. I have yet to setup a CNAME and see how it works on a white-label basis. And by the way, that clean dashboard is just a pleasure to look at.

I really like the tool! It's very basic and easy for clients to understand, but I wish it had additional cards you could customize for the dashboard. Also, there is no 2fa yet and once you create a user there is no way to delete them from the console yet. I am waiting for that to be resolved. Once those things are done I would definitely give it 5 stars.
