Hi! I’m an L&D manager and LMS Administrator by day so I’m very familiar with LMSs.
You state your plugin is SCORM-compliant; my question is which version of SCORM: 1.2 or 2004?
Are you xAPI/TinCan compliant, as well? If not, is it on your roadmap? If so, do you/will you offer any kind of LRS support in addition?
What kind of reporting does Academy LMS offer?
Does Academy LMS have a file upload limit for courses or does it rely on the WP file size limit?
Does Academy LMS offer Curricula in addition to Courses?
Does Academy LMS offer Learning Paths in addition to Courses?
What, specifically, are site licenses and Installation Services?

1. SCORM & xAPI (Tin Can):
Academy LMS supports both SCORM 1.2 and SCORM 2004. While we do not currently support xAPI (Tin Can). We offer built-in tracking for SCORM data to monitor learner progress and interaction.
2. Reporting:
Academy LMS offers an Advanced Analytics add-on that provides comprehensive reporting. You can access detailed insights such as learner progress, course completion rates, popular courses, and total sales, enabling informed decision-making and performance tracking.
3. File Upload Limit:
Academy LMS adheres to WordPress’s default file upload limit. However, this can be customized using third-party plugins or server configuration if larger files are needed. We do not impose any additional restrictions on file size.
4. Curricula & Learning Paths:
Yes, Academy LMS supports structured learning through features like Content Drip, Course Prerequisites, and Group Purchase options. These tools allow you to create sequenced learning paths and curriculum-like structures for learners.
5. Site Licenses & Installation Services:
Site licenses refer to the number of WordPress domains or websites where Academy LMS can be installed. Our Installation Service includes full setup and configuration of your Academy LMS website by our team, tailored to your specific requirements.
Oh, and one additional question: Does Academy LMS have any gamification built in, such as scoreboards and/or badges?
We have GamiPress Integration. In future we have a plan to build our own ScoreBoards and Badges
