I installed the standard plugin that's available on Wordpress and the pro-plugin on 2 different site (have Tier 2) but the same issue persists. I get a blank page with a display of the word "Loading.." which stays forever and nothing happens. Sent an email to the support team but no answer. Screenshot: https://share.zight.com/2NueZWNQ
