I have interacted with support team many times and mostly it has been great.. They have tried to help each time and mostly resolved queries in timely manner. The provided deal is very generous. I have recently upgraded to tier4 to support this team. Also asked academyLMS team to check if it is possible to integrate with meet hour as well for meetings as meet hour meeting tool is also have native capability with wordpress. Getting a course enabled is very easy and with ablocks and storeengine it may become a self sufficient complete course launch package.. I am trying with ablocks instead of elementor this time . Hope this tool stays for long and be successful. Suggest academyLMS team to put much more dedicated effort on recurring sales/revenue..

I wanted to share my experience with your platform. Unfortunately, I found the process of importing themes confusing and frustrating. Even after upgrading to Pro and purchasing additional tools, the import button for themes still didn’t work as expected. This resulted in a slow and tedious setup, which is a real drawback when time is money.
Another issue was the presence of extra fees that weren’t clearly mentioned upfront—this felt misleading and added to the frustration. Even though I was able to import a single page, the process was time-consuming and confusing, especially since it built on top of WordPress’s default (Tweety) template instead of providing a clean slate.
Overall, the lack of AI features and slow processing makes Academy LMS feel outdated and inefficient. In today’s fast-paced environment, a tool like this should streamline setup, not make it harder.

Really happy to have a native LMS that integrates so well with my WordPress website. It’s streamlined and easy to use. The only thing I’d love to see is a direct SendFox integration—right now, I have to use webhooks, which works but is a bit more complicated than a simple add-on would be. Overall, still highly recommended!

I bought 1 license when they first launched, just in case it went anywhere. They did a good job developing it after first launching, that I bought 200 site license. They are still doing a great job developing it, and the UI is very nice. The best part is their newly developed Store Engine to help streamline selling courses without bloated software like woo commerce. The best part about Store Engine is that it is FREE! I am a sucker for deals, so I am considering buying their pro version, but the free version has EVERYTHING you need to collect payments from selling courses. No other payment plugin gives so much on a free tier.

The team is great, and although it is sometimes things get lost in translation, they work hard to solve issues and make their customers happy.

To the person who gave them 2 stars for not having access to pro features, you probably did something wrong or skipped a step in activating it correctly. In the case that you didn't, the team will make sure to rectify the issue. The team always acts in good faith, and they deserve 5 Tacos.
