Q: No support?
I have written an e-mail (03.01.2025) to customer support asking them to please store the data in Europe. No reply after weeks. I would like information on how I can now store my data in compliance with the GDPR if no one in your company responds to me.

I have a similar problem (im from germany), I have been waiting for about a month to receive a DPA and SCCs, as they heavily advertise being EU GDPR compliant, I am being deliberately ignored, which means they are NOT. They avoid any communication. Very unprofessional. It was a big mistake to buy.
