--Will we have to a set NUMBER OF USERS?
--How much ,they will cost us?
2- What in this case of PURCHASING NEW USERS are THE DISCOUNT(s) for Appsumo lifetime Users?
3- Do we pay them once or it is a Subscription?

Jul 24, 2026A: Hi Jerome, great questions - let me go through them:
- When you exceed 3200 users - no disruption to your LTD. First thing to try is cleaning up inactive contacts - deleting users frees up those slots immediately and you can reuse them at no extra cost.
- If you still need more capacity beyond that, you can purchase additional user slots at $10 per 100 users/month, no need to change or upgrade anything else.
- One-time or subscription - the additional users are a recurring monthly subscription, not a one-time purchase. Your LTD itself remains untouched of course.
