The platform's white-label experience and the ability to run multiple academies with their own set of courses are highly praised. The support team's responsiveness and the continuous improvements and additions to the platform are also well-received. Immature APP

I really don´t suggest anyone to use this app if you want to use it now in an productive environment. It is way to immature. Bugs literally EVERYWHERE. The course builder is a mess. Compatibility across different browsers is also not given. But the WORST about this tool is it´s bottom line support. Whenever there is an issue they never understand it. Then they ask you to replicate and send videos etc etc. Then they do something totally different on their line and keep pretending that it works eventhough their setup is essentially different compared to mine etc etc... Sorry but at some point you just feel like a Quality Tester who keeps clicking a few buttons and then report bugs to the support and help them fixing bugs... Until the main functionalities like creating a course do not work properly, I am going to keep my 1 Taco for it.

Very very basic, regret buying it

Terrible UX/UI compared to every other LMS I did.
Can't add pictures to lessons. Are you serious?
File manager barely works - not clear how to upload.
This software has a long way to go.

Good concept and functionality, but somewhat buggy

I would give it 5 tacos for design and functionality, but we are still experiencing some operational concerns and bugs.
First of all, in terms of operation, we have experienced server errors (500 Error) for more than a day, contact search does not work properly, and JSON code is displayed as it is when the page is left open.

At the moment it is 3 tacos.
We will change it to 5 tacos when the bug is fixed.

Since I started using the site, I have had two 500 Server Errors and the second error is still occurring.
Customers have complained about this and I feel that this company has a lax management system.
I have signed up for two Tier 5's and will likely have to refund my money within 60 days.

It is very disappointing because the UI is quite good.
I will be changing my tacos to one.

Limited Course Organization – Not Suitable for Large Academies

I've been using Acadle for a while now, and while the platform has some useful features, there is a major limitation that makes it very frustrating to use: you cannot create folders within folders.

For any serious academy or course creator with a large amount of content, this is a dealbreaker. The system lets you attempt to organize content in multiple levels but then doesn’t save your changes, leading to constant disorganization. After weeks of back-and-forth with support, I was told that Acadle only supports a two-level structure—which is simply not enough for proper course classification.

Most modern LMS platforms allow deeper folder structures, so it’s disappointing that Acadle doesn’t. If you plan to create anything beyond a basic course layout, this limitation will be a major headache.

✅ Pros: Basic course setup works fine, and support is responsive.
❌ Cons: No deep folder structure, leading to messy course organization.

I would love to see this feature added in the future, but for now, if you need a well-structured, scalable LMS, Acadle is not the best choice.
