- Hello - I'm reaching out here because I haven't heard back from the email I sent to info@accurants.com a week ago, nor from the follow-up email I sent yesterday. 1) I can't access iOS apps because my email has restrictions on using a plus sign and dot. They suggested changing my email, but I can't do that with my Super Admin and Admin role account.How do I change an email of an existing user? 2) What information can you share about affiliates and resellers who are interested in this? 3) What’s the timeline to become GDPR compliant? 4) What happens to your customer’s data when it gets deleted from the platform? The Accurants Privacy Policy under #7 Security of Your Personally Identifiable Information (PII) (https://accurants.com/privacy-policy/) points to the Terms & Conditions (https://accurants.com/terms-conditions/), but there is no data retention policy defined.
- Hi! My nephew and I are both founders of two different businesses and I purchased Tier 4 and he Tier 2 or 3 after researching a more cost effective solution that would replace the need for QBs. Due to urgent business needs, we would love to have a brief demo of the platform asap tonight, or tomorrow if possible to set up so we can address some capability concerns and questions. We think this is the best alternative solution but just need a few things addressed. Can you set up some time with us later today or early tomorrow? - Is there any way to import sales transaction data from files. I would like to create invoices and invoice lines from files(delimited or json) that originate outside of accurants? It would be OK if it was a utility purchased separately.
