Q: Hello - I'm reaching out here because I haven't heard back from the email I sent to info@accurants.

com a week ago, nor from the follow-up email I sent yesterday.

1) I can't access iOS apps because my email has restrictions on using a plus sign and dot. They suggested changing my email, but I can't do that with my Super Admin and Admin role account.How do I change an email of an existing user?

2) What information can you share about affiliates and resellers who are interested in this?

3) What’s the timeline to become GDPR compliant?

4) What happens to your customer’s data when it gets deleted from the platform? The Accurants Privacy Policy under #7 Security of Your Personally Identifiable Information (PII) (https://accurants.com/privacy-policy/) points to the Terms & Conditions (https://accurants.com/terms-conditions/), but there is no data retention policy defined.

1. we are in the process of launching a new app.
2. There is a way to change your email please go to settings and change - please contact via info@accurants.com for specific issues.
3. For resellers/affiliate, we decide based on their profile on a case by case basis, not everybody who wants to be a reseller will become one
4. our goal is to be GDPR compliant in 2024
5. For Users/Customers who delete their accounts all their data will be expunged from our server within 7 days of cancellation
