Too slow, too many downtimes (sometimes for days), Support doesn't provide any solutions.

I purchased and wasn't satisfied because in Safari the UX wasn't working properly. Support staff contacted me afterwards and fixed the problem within a couple of days. They listen to feedback and might become eventually really competitive to calendal because ACE meetings has various other useful meeting types. The only thing at the moment that I'd wish for would be to change the language of the landing page level instead having it on the profile so an account could have multiple booking sites for various languages. happy after all and excited what the team is doing in the future

Congratulation on this great product. There are some bugs and opportunities for improvement that I have listed below:
1. I have resized my company logo, but after uploading the small logo, it shows up in the same size. Logo size
2. Change the favicon. The purple circle favicon does not look professional. I am not able to use my photo or my company logo.
3. Bug: Once you make more than one change, after pushing the “save meeting type” button, you will get an error message. You should make one change at a time, save it, refresh the page again and then make other changes.
4. Bug: The meeting cancellation email will be received with the subject of [Confirmed] regardless of what you have put in the subject line when you personalize that.
5. Bug: The Meeting Color does not work. The explanation in the question mark is wrong.
6. Improvement: adding a simple drag and drop or move up and down feature for reordering the questions.
7. The link of “2. Watch our overview video to learn how to use ACE Meetings.”, shared in your welcome email, is broken.

Writing a review after testing this for over a month and booking several meetings and connecting with customer support.

Overall: has great potential but has critical issues now.

Customer Support: Excellent in replying and getting back to you but not much for actual work. Has critical issue where you will get error when embedding a paid consultation on your website. Likely thrown by Stripe. No such error when used on direct ace.page. Waiting for about 2-3 weeks and all I get is IT is looking into it and client support contact has no update.

Email Reminders are hard coded 5 min, 30 min and 24 hours. Doesn't work if you have clients in different time zones.

Bug: Round robin meetings duplicate the location, look unprofessional and potential for confusion.

I was very excited and optimistic about this, I might be just back to the drawing board.

I have just started working with ACE Meetings, but so far, I like it.
It's not a perfect tool yet, but Customer Support is excellent. And that's what I expect from an AppSumo offer.
One thing I liked a lot was that I could customize the messages for each type of event. However, it would be essential to be able to send at least 2 reminders per scheduled meeting. I usually send 24h and 1h reminders.
I'm giving 5 tacos since I feel like they're eager to improve the tool and make it state-of-the-art, and it's a great value-for-money deal!
