You made some great points about our positives, so I won't get into that, but let me address your improvement points below:

- User roles are buggy - deleting a user creates an issue.
=> Correct. We're working on solving this.

- No other branding options other than to put in logo. Button colours not changeable
=> Many more customization features will come later on.

- No options for user to cancel or reschedule other than using ical
=> This should not be the case. In each meeting invite there are links so that both the guest and the host can cancel / reschedule by using those links.

- Little integration as of now - outgoing webhook is crucial. So far, only Studiocart does this with aplomb.
=> Correct, we've now focused on Zapier, but Webhooks, and Pabbly Connect are already high on our roadmap: https://updates.useace.com/roadmap

- Not the greatest support with vague replies. After discussing, I felt like I bumped into a wall as most of my suggestions were 'rejected' with currently it doesn't support, or there's no option (and stopped there). Might've been better to check with the team to come back with more concrete replies. Afterwards I heard from Ovi that support created a few cards to discuss with the team.
=> We're really sorry you were not fully satisfied with our support - as we pride ourselves on top-level support. However, it was just a miscommunication issue - we do have internal tasks for the suggestions you provided (eg phone number one).

All in all, as of now, I'll still hang on to this and highly recommend to those who're looking to get a calendar system that works perfectly fine, and don't mind using Zapier for now.
