Let me answer your points below:

1. I have resized my company logo, but after uploading the small logo, it shows up in the same size. Logo size
=> Can you pls email us the logo, and describe the issue to support@useace.com?
=> I'm not yet sure if this is a bug, a missing functionality, or if actually we do have a fixed size for your logo, so that we maintain a good design & consistency.

2. Change the favicon. The purple circle favicon does not look professional. I am not able to use my photo or my company logo.
=> Good point. Added to our internal roadmap.

3. Bug: Once you make more than one change, after pushing the “save meeting type” button, you will get an error message. You should make one change at a time, save it, refresh the page again and then make other changes.
=> I believe this was solved in the most recent release, but I'll ask my colleagues to (re)check it.

4. Bug: The meeting cancellation email will be received with the subject of [Confirmed] regardless of what you have put in the subject line when you personalize that.
=> I believe this was solved in the most recent release, but I'll ask my colleagues to (re)check it.

5. Bug: The Meeting Color does not work. The explanation in the question mark is wrong.
=> Thanks for flagging. We'll create an internal card for this.

6. Improvement: adding a simple drag and drop or move up and down feature for reordering the questions.
=> Yes, this is already on our internal roadmap.

7. The link of “2. Watch our overview video to learn how to use ACE Meetings.”, shared in your welcome email, is broken.
