Mauro resolved the issue today. Clearly he is very smart in what he does. Just feels like if / once he gets support staff, it will help him respond to tickets faster. Hopefully the more folks grab the deal that currently he is having on his site the better.

Compared to other similar plugins which are very pricey, this product works well. I had specific issue with a specific plugin (uSchema) which was a show-stopper for me until he fixed the issue. Hopefully Mauro can get enough sales from the product so he can hire some intern or tech to support him.
