alexordoQ: Voice AI model
Hi!
I was wondering what model you are using for voice-to-text transcription. Although it worked quite well at the beginning, the more I use it, the more I find myself having to make many text corrections once the transcription is pasted. Are you planning any improvements in this area. It is the main use I am giving to Acti.
Another question I have is why the text does not paste directly into WhatsApp, while it does paste directly into other applications. In WhatsApp, it copies to the clipboard and then I have to press Control V to paste it. I find it strange that it works in other applications but not in this one.
Another comment about the AI models is that I would like to be able to choose which AI model I am using. That is precisely why I am not using the Acti features more in depth, beyond transcription

For voice, we’re model-agnostic, meaning we’re not tied to any single AI model or provider. Voice has been one of our most popular features, and it’s an area we’re continuing to invest heavily in.

Regarding WhatsApp, thanks for catching this! Could you confirm whether you’re using Windows or Mac, and whether it’s the WhatsApp desktop app or browser? Knowing this will help us narrow down the issue.
As for choosing your own AI model, you’re definitely not alone in requesting this. It’s something we’re considering for the future, but right now we’re prioritizing improvements to the core experience before adding more customization options.
