Q: New plans, I'm confused about how all ltd buyers are in the same bucket?
Why is there no effort to differentiate between the buyers that spent $59 vs $1000. I have a tier 5 from last June , I do trust the ownership team will be fair but I'm hoping for a few more adjustments.
It's simple, they should either close the business or transition us to the new plan after their spectacular announcement. The first tiers can be assigned to PLUS, and the higher tiers to BUSINESS, while preserving the unlimited flow access we purchased. It's sad, but they should have thought about this before creating their new plans with a BIG gap between. We believe this would be the fairest and most transparent solution for everyone involved. This would keep the trust and support into ActivePieces and AppSumo. Could the team introduce an interim tier that preserves unlimited flow access for existing LTD users?
There seem to be a lot of changes (and a lot more features blocked or requiring an upgrade), but I quickly felt disappointed. The "PRO PLAN" seems to no longer exist, and it appears we were mapped to the FREE PLAN with unlimited flows. I expected limited access to new features, but instead, I’m completely blocked and prompted to upgrade. That doesn’t seem to match the deal terms I bought: “All future Activepieces Cloud Pro Plan updates. If the plan name changes, the deal will be mapped to the new plan name with all accompanying updates.”
I really wish they had made more of an effort when deleting and creating new plans so that AppSumo deal terms would be fair and clear—that the PRO plan is now the FREE PLAN, and PRO is not the PLUS PLAN. I hope they publish an update on the AppSumo page to clarify everything for early AppSumo buyers.

Q: Now Plans changed again on their Website and what happens to us?

Adding onto misty's comment, in the tread they acknowledged the recent changes and even shared a link to a special appsumo pricing page, comparing what we have with their new public pricing - pretty transparent, from what I gather.
They're trying to figure out MRR, lets give them some leeway while they do that.

It looks like we were all mapped to the free plan, but with an increased number of tasks.

I hope they do something about that. 1 MCP, 1 Table, etc., is a slap in the face for early adopters.

Q: Tier 2
Not clear what Tier 2 means now.
This is both ActivePieces and AppSumo fault.
