So, yet another company we supported and facilitated their growth is now hanging us out to dry? Why are LTDs no longer being honoured? Can Appsumo vendors please be held to account?

What worries me most is that the company's own leadership is confirming how bad things are. In other words, the rumors about bankruptcy and other problems aren't just rumors anymore. You state that the negative feedback comes from buyers who don't utilize their accounts, but doesn't this raise a more fundamental question? Why would so many paying customers—who clearly need this type of solution, as many are now paying monthly for your competitors like n8n-choose not to use the platform they have already paid for? Could it be that they aren't using it not because they are malicious or don't care about the product, but because the platform isn't stable enough or doesn't deliver on its promises, forcing them to seek reliable alternatives they are willing to pay for repeatedly?
Based on Discord discussions, Activepieces is in serious trouble due to its management. They unilaterally change terms and disable business processes without notice, creating extreme instability. Management publicly insults and blames paying customers for the company's low morale and damaged reputation, even though customers have fulfilled their agreements. This has shocked their own team, who now face huge legal and reputational risks. By blocking users and forum discussions, the company prevents customers from getting the support they paid for. This self-inflicted crisis risks a team exodus and impending bankruptcy. New developers will definitely not join a company that regularly creates such crises for itself. The main question is: after bankruptcy, who will get the rights to the code and will it be supported?
I would like to know what you think about the founder Ash shutting us down in his community?? It feels like you are friends with them and don't care about your terms or your customers!
Another trust issue— they hid the original thread. Why did you hide the original post of appsumo Ltd subject on your community??? I’m not sure what to think about this. I don’t think I’ll be able to trust AppSumo’s terms again, especially since a new plan has been created. (If the plan name changes, the deal will be mapped to the new plan name with all accompanying updates.) I will always have some doubts about Activepieces. I’ll use it and try to make the MOST of it, but unfortunately, I can’t recommend it to others. Good luck!
When will you map the appsumo tier to the new plans on your website??? The new announcement is very sad. I would like to be happy but you don't make us feel this way.
