You keep saying:

You never said you would change 100% of your business offer. You promised to keep us on a paying plan, whatever it is, in the Business called ActivePieces.

The reality is that you deleted the plan we purchased and created new plans with what you call new modules. That’s not our problem if it’s so different! If you believe your new features are so new and worth more than we paid, you should have created a NEW BUSINESS with ANOTHER NAME instead of keeping ActivePieces. But you didn’t. So our plan should be mapped to a REAL PAYING PLAN.

Instead, you created a new custom plan that we did not buy. If your AppSumo campaign had said: “Custom Plan only for AppSumo,” I WOULD HAVE NEVER BOUGHT IT, since those are usually not worthwhile (like in this case).

At the very least, if you had closed ActivePieces and started a new business with all your new plans and features, we wouldn’t be in this situation—and AppSumo users would be protected by the “We got your back” guarantee. But since you kept the same business with MAJOR changes, we can’t access the 60% refund guarantee! You should honor your original commitment.
