What worries me most is that the company's own leadership is confirming how bad things are. In other words, the rumors about bankruptcy and other problems aren't just rumors anymore.
You state that the negative feedback comes from buyers who don't utilize their accounts, but doesn't this raise a more fundamental question? Why would so many paying customers—who clearly need this type of solution, as many are now paying monthly for your competitors like n8n-choose not to use the platform they have already paid for?
Could it be that they aren't using it not because they are malicious or don't care about the product, but because the platform isn't stable enough or doesn't deliver on its promises, forcing them to seek reliable alternatives they are willing to pay for repeatedly?

Edited Jul 18, 2025A: Amazing observation haha :) So users who bought the LTDs in 2023 are the indicator of the company success while hundreds of companies small and big are paying recurring fees and using Activepieces every day.
If you buy something only because it's cheap and don't refund in 60 days when you don't use it, you have to take full responsibility on it. Activepieces is growing very fast, you can see that by the tens of features and products added every couple of weeks and the increasing usage every day.
Usage patterns post purchase on AppSumo are the same for many products, only 10% to 30% of buyers use the products.
