A: When any flow is executed (i.e. trigger got fired), any step in your flow will count as a task. So if your flow is 3 steps (including the trigger step), and you run this flow 5 times, these are 3 x 5 = 15 tasks.

Your tasks renew every month so you only have to worry about them in a month period of time.
