A promising tool but more focus on sales than supporting existing users
Tool has lot of feature but lacks support...for example I am struggling to set up incoming webhook and it takes 7-10-15 days to support to respond to support request and when I receive a response they always blame on other software where as same software I am able to integrate with pabbly connect webhook which is clear that issue lies with incoming webhook of Acumbamail and approach is to put blame on other as opposed to improving incoming webhook. Do i need to emphasize importance of incoming webhooks for an automation tool.
