I've bought Vbout Tier 5 and use it to it's fullest potential in my business and now have bought Acumbamail Tier 3. I plan on using Vbout exclusively for email automations, customer onboarding, list management, website tracking, social media and using Acumba for mass email marketing campaigns. Like myself, there will be a lot of people who would be interested in comparing Acumbamail with Vbout. Here is what I found: Acumbamail is much more simple without the bells and whistles. It also has a ton of templates available to use. Something Vbout is working on. It also is much more cheaper for someone with limited needs or on a tight budget.

However, the customer support isn't as quick as Vbout's which is available 24/7 via live chat which makes a world of a difference for someone like myself who is full of questions all the time. Acumbamail's Tier 3 was available for 237$ earlier and it seems like they increased the price to 259$ which was a huge bummer for me but I still went ahead and got it as I can refund it anytime. Both the companies have been around for roughly the same time. Vbout (8 years), Acumba (9 years). Acumbamail has a linear pricing model for the LTD buyers. The pricing stays linear per email as you opt for higher limits. Can't complain because it's already so affordable and thinking otherwise would be wishful thinking. I was planning on getting 500k email limit on LTD but changed my mind because the pricing stayed the same. Acumbamil's LTD is more expensive compared to Vbout's if you check the official pricing on their respective pages for the corresponding email limits. I've also found acumbamail's support to be much more cold compared to vbout's. This is something which may vary from person to person. That's it. I'll update my review as I use Acumbamail in my business.My rating maybe a little biased because of how feature-rich vbout is.
