Customer Support Is Very Poor, Not a Good First Impression
I was concerned about numerous G2 reviews that the customer support being very poor. I found out right away that those experiences were not rare. I was attempting to get set up for transactional emails. A support person asked me a question about what kind of emails I was planning to send, I promptly told him, and he sent me another email saying that I was set up. I had what I'm sure is a very commonly asked question about the set up and we're now on day 4 since I replied with questions I need answered to proceed. I sent a second email asking him to please follow up -- nothing. Not a good first impression.
I hope that posting here can result in this company finally responding to me so I can get set up to actually use the service I paid for.
