We had high hopes for Acumbamail, but our experience has been nothing short of frustrating. After only a few initial actions, our account was suddenly blocked without any clear reason. After contacting support, we were told it had been reactivated—only to be blocked again immediately after logging in. Despite multiple requests, the issue remains unresolved. This is completely unacceptable. While this Post was waiting for Moderation the Service seemed to be reactivated, and for now it is running, but i did not even receive any information about this, so i am not sure if it stays active or not. So i can not rely on this kind of support.

Mail delivery is another major concern. We have taken great care to clean our lists and validate new addresses via API, yet we still experience an excessive number of bounces. This suggests that Acumbamail does not handle deliverability issues seriously.

While the platform may offer useful features, they are meaningless if the service itself is unreliable. As a business customer, we are extremely disappointed and cannot recommend Acumbamail to anyone who relies on a stable and professional email marketing service.
