I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was extremely disappointing. I purchased this deal with high expectations and activated my account normally. Surprisingly, my account was later blocked without any clear explanation, even though I had not started using the platform yet or sent a single email campaign.

What makes this worse is the lack of transparency. For an email sending platform, trust and account stability are critical. Blocking users before they even begin using the service creates serious concerns about reliability and risk for businesses that may depend on it later.

I understand platforms need security and anti-spam protections, and I fully support that. However, there should also be proper communication, warnings, or at least a reasonable review process before disabling legitimate customer accounts.

At the moment, I honestly cannot recommend investing time or business operations into a platform where accounts may be suspended without clear justification. I hope the company improves its customer handling and verification process because the current experience leaves a very poor impression.
