So, I tried this software out. Coming from Lemlist(the email standard in my opinion) This was the next big email bulk sending tool I thought I would try out.
I bought this because I saw that it had an insane amount of tacos...like how in the world did this happen AS?
Pros- I was able to send an email campaign within 10 mins of when I purchase it. GREAT!
Now for the things this company really could do differently.
1) Do not send spanish emails to someone who doesn't speak spanish as their first language. Figure out if your customer prefers "english" or spanish...
2) the SMS will not work in the US, so that was a let down, though they never promised here, it was kinda like, I am sure we would be a big market to get it to work, and the email response I got was "Don't expect it from us" LOL, ok. very much a clock puncher's attitude.
I tried this out at the exact same time I tried another software out here on AS. I wont mention their name, it is a lousy one anyway :) However, I could totally feel the difference in the polished feeling of the other company. I was able to use their product on my ipad and it was just as nice as it was on my macbook. So, I am not expecting too much when I want it to work seamlessly on both devices.

Finally, the biggest concern of mine and if you are TLDR:
I sent my first campaign out, it landed in my spam folder. I opened the email up and it said on the back end of Acumbamail, that I had opened from a windows device. The tech support said, it was probably because it was my first campaign...I am not sure if he was saying it landed in my spam folder or if it was showing a windows machine either way- WHY would I pay for something that I am not SURE of it's results. I can't be 100% sure I am getting into someone's email, I get that...but I can't even trust when they do open it, what they are opening with. Like I am so bummed that this had tricked me. I never write reviews unless I feel I can add value, and I really hope others people see this review and watch out for what happened to me. No hard feelings towards these folks. I just want to put my 2 cents in where I felt I was misslead a little bit.
