Just doesn't work
I was genuinely excited to try Acumbamail, but unfortunately, it hasn’t delivered. I set up a test campaign and found that about 40% of the emails never went through; they didn’t end up in spam, and Google Workspace logs confirmed they never reached Google’s servers. Everything seems to be configured correctly according to Acumbamail.
On top of that, I sent verification emails to three brands I manage, and none of them received the invite, so they couldn’t confirm or proceed.
I contacted support last week and still haven't heard back.
Since reliable email delivery is a core function, and it's currently failing, I can't use the platform. I'm leaving this feedback in the hope that the team addresses these critical issues quickly, as I really want to use this product.

Please note that our delivery reports are fully transparent. If a message is marked as delivered, it means the recipient's server has successfully accepted the email; this confirmation comes directly from the receiving server. In some cases, if there’s a soft bounce (e.g., due to a temporary issue on the recipient's end), it will be clearly reflected in the report as well.
