One of the worst purchases I have made.
I have had the worst experience with this company. I purchased this some time ago, so I am unable to get a refund, unfortunately. As a smaller business, we used this for our newsletter. It appeared to be okay until we started to send out emails. Most of them bounced, so it was not very productive. Our account was hacked and a big load of spam was sent out. This is where it got very frustrating. They closed our account and would not assist in anything after that, saying we breached the rules. It was very, very obvious that we were hacked. So much for the security on their site. Support is almost non-existent. We just couldn't get anywhere with these guys. My recommendation is to stay away from this product.

For an ISP it is better to send the campaign to 100 interested subscribers, than to 1,000 and only 100 are interested. we are sure that if you optimize the lists, your open rates will improve it.
