Perfect as described but need improvements
First, thanks for coming to AS.
I opted for the plan and testing out Agency features, where everything working as expected and seems to be a great product outside the Spanish market as well so giving full tocos to support.
However, especially as agency users these should be considered for improvements:
1) There is no way to replace login with our custom domain.
2) White labeling is a concern where setup info and intersections redirecting to accumbmail are mentioned on various pages.
3) New user access continuously popup "Account is disabled" without sending any campaign.

As for the issues you've mentioned:
1) You can replace login with your own custom domain, reach us at [email protected] and we'll fix it for you.
2) Same for the white label redirect, let's go through the pages where it's being redirected to Acumbamail and we'll work on it.
3) This seems weird, but we should see it case-per-case, so let us know your subaccount emails as well.
