Terrible experience. Misleading and horrible customer service
I bought Acumbamail Tier 5. I uploaded my email database and started using it without any problems, until I used a feature to resend an email to those who didn't open it initially. From then on, everything changed. Now the campaigns I send don't reach my recipients. Out of 100,000 emails sent, only 20 arrive. I asked for support help, but they did not resolve my issue. It is very clear to me that everything changed after using the resend function for emails that didn't open the first mail, but they make excuses saying it's my list, that I need to clean it up, and they refuse to review my account. For this reason, I do not recommend this software. It's useless. In fact, it makes me think that they have deliberately limited my account since I no longer have access to the two-month warranty (I bought it in February). I would like to know if anyone else has experienced the same thing.

We hope you understand that for an ISP to send 1,000 emails and have only 100 opened is negative, it is preferable to send only to those 100 interested it.
