Activated the 19 february, got a welcome email from Prado from the Customer Support Team. Later on, same day, wrote to the support (support@acumbamail.com) for some little help for a on-boarding issue. Today 27, still waiting for an answer. Tired of those deals where the welcome e-mail is the only sign of life you'll ever get. Since i can see that i'm not alone struggling with a non existent support, today, 27 i ask for a refund. So i won't have any regrets later on. Even though I was very much interested in the features of this deal.
