Waiting for real Support to get DKIM and DMARC verified
I followed the instuctions that Acumbamail provides to and engaged my website host to make the changes in Cloudflare. When clicking on verifiy in Anti-Spam setting (now after 5 days) I am getting DKIM and DMARC not verfified. I wrote to Acumbamail support stating what I had done so far and included an export from Cloudflare showing all the settings asking them to review and let me know what I need to do to get this going... and pointing out the urgency to get the newsletter out... the reply just restated the instructions... I then wrote back and again included the clourdflare settings (including the required DKIM and DMARC) and I have not received any reply... I really need their help[ with this...
