Major deliverability issues: emails never reach their recipients!

The reports are false: emails marked as delivered are nowhere to be found in recipients' inboxes, not even in the SPAM folder.

And yet, I followed all DMARC and DKIM recommendations and settings.

The support is terrible. Most of the time, they don't respond. And when they do respond, they are of no help.

A complete waste of money and time!
