Q: Request to restore Cancelled Subscription SpeedPPC

I wrote to you last Friday and again on Monday (yesterday) but haven’t received a response after a brief inquiry. While trying to check which plans we could switch to, I mistakenly canceled the subscription we had in place, despite your automated support system indicating that nothing would be canceled. This was not our intention, as we only wanted to explore our options. I would like to reinstate the previous subscription. Nobody is answering me.
