Ignore the Naysayers
Seriously guys! People who are giving this tool One star need to have their head read. It is extremely disrespectful, ignoble and misleading to provide one star for an amazing tool because you thought it did something else!
Advice - please read the T&Cs and full product description from the owners first, then decide if you want to purchase. Also remember you have 60 days to refund! Appsumo may be many things, but it is certainly not a 'buyer beware' platform. There is virtually NO downside to purchasing an excellent product such as this from AS - if you are giving this one star I really feel that you are engaging in totally misplaced criticism.
That's my 2c!

Not for small companies from 'small' countries
My clients and I are from Belgium and have Dutch-language websites. The results I achieved from keywords were minimal, and I received no results in the competitor comparison at all. I received better and more relevant copies, descriptions, and headings when I used my AI tools (Straico), where I input and analyzed the website and social media. In the end, I only found the landing page analysis useful. It's a pity, but it doesn't cater to a small entrepreneur from a 'small' country like me. Perhaps it works better for large websites from larger countries with more available keywords.

Dec 19, 2024Hi Mark.
It's disappointing that you dragged the slider all the way down to give us one star. One-star reviews really negatively impact businesses. In this case, you're reviewing us as a keyword tool, which I think is a bit rough.
We are a PPC campaign-building platform. While we offer keyword tools as part of that functionality, they are not the core functionality.
Regardless, we are very transparent about using the SEMRush API. SEMRush boasts a database of 20 billion keywords across 120 countries. However, given the vastness of the internet, it’s possible that smaller websites may not yet be fully captured in their data.
You can explore the detailed stats behind their data here: https://www.semrush.com/stats/
In practice, we’ve observed that the data tends to be more comprehensive for U.S.-based websites, as their U.S. database is significantly larger. For example, while Canada’s database includes around 1 billion keywords, Iceland’s is limited to just 10 million.
That said, SEMRush remains one of the best tools on the market for its price. The only platforms offering more extensive coverage are typically enterprise-level solutions that cost $1,000 or more per month.
But we can only offer what they have in their database. No more more, and no less.
In other ways, we have worked hard and spent a lot of time catering to "small" countries and providing AI keyword clustering, AI keyword intent tools, and ad writing tools specifically for Dutch models. I think you'll find that fairly uncommon.
Anyway, I'd love it if you could reconsider your review as I think it's pretty extreme.
Thanks.
Jay.

Great software and an even better team behind it!
First, after dealing with countless vendors on AppSumo, I can say that most are great, but there are always going to be a few bad apples who don't understand great customer service. Jay and the rest of the Ad Alchemy Team excel with their support and understand how important it is to keep their customers happy! They are very fair and easy to work with.
I needed a way to increase my quality scores for Google Ads to 7,8,9 and 10
So, my ad costs go down, which is what the DKI WordPress plugin that comes with Ad Alchemy does. I can analyze my landing pages before launching my ads to ensure they pass the speed test and everything is in the right place.
Also, being able to cluster your keywords into thematic groups is extremely important if you want your ads to perform well while being less costly which can be done in the software. There are countless other features and benefits, but too many to list in my review. I'm looking forward to more updates!

How this tool has high reviews makes zero sense to me
I recently used this tool for a simple one-page analysis and a URL interrogation for competitor research, and I was shocked to find that I burned through over 5,000 credits for such a basic task. This feels excessive, especially considering that with a million credits, I could only analyze around 200 URLs before running out. I find this very disappointing and far less efficient than I anticipated. Moreover, buying another million credits would cost me $300 which is exhorbitant.
This tool seems to use large credit numbers to attract users, but those credits get depleted quickly for simple tasks. For example, researching one keyword costs 2,500 credits. If I wanted to research 200 keywords, that would exhaust close to 1 million credits too. Where is the value in that? Tactics like these are unsettling and make me lose trust in companies that prioritize profits over customer value.
Overall, I cannot recommend this tool based on my experience. I will be requesting an immediate refund.
Edit Response back to this companies reply on my review: Your claim that 'you don't need any of the AI or Research credits for this tool to be fully functional' is misleading. Here's why:
1. Manual Campaign Setup: The tool is far from automated. Users must manually copy and paste campaigns, with no option to link or integrate ad accounts. For a PPC tool, this completely undermines efficiency and the value it claims to offer.
2. Research is Crucial: In PPC campaigns, research—like keyword analysis and competitor tracking—is crucial! Successful campaigns rely on data-driven insights, not guesswork. By saying this tool is fully functional without the need to research is incorrect.
3. "Massively Feature-Rich" ??: I disagree. Basic AI outputs analysis don’t justify the pricing when comparable or better tools (like Google Keyword Planner, which is free) offer more accurate data and seamless integration with Google Ads.
Ultimately, the manual nature of this tool for every campaign, combined with its high cost for research credits, makes it less valuable than simply using alternatives like Google Keyword Planner combined with ChatGPT. Both offer faster, more cost-effective solutions with superior results.

Edited Dec 20, 2024Hi Wonka.
Thanks for your feedback. It's important to highlight that this is a PPC campaign-building tool that happens to add on a lot of extra features using expensive external APIs.
You don't need any of the AI or Research credits for this tool to be fully functional. However, we decided to also include these for everyone no matter if you only purchased the Tier 1 plan as you have. Perhaps we should have held these extra features back only for higher Tiers.
As a point of comparison, the landing page tool runs an AI model that does attention analysis. This is an extremely computationally expensive operation. That is why other services charge $25 Euro for 50 images. For example:
https://www.alpha.one/products/expoze-io/pricing
We generate two images in addition to running lots of other AI models in orchestration for each landing page analysis. Yes, you get 1M of credits on the lowest Tier 1 plan, but you get 16.5M credits on the Tier 3 ~$300 plan.
The equivalent on the Expose plan would cost you $3300 Euro.
So if you paid a bit more, you would have got over 16 times the amount of credits if you think you need that many.
Honestly, I'm always blown away that someone can give a 1-star review with their primary complaint being about value when they paid less than $70 to access a massively feature-rich tool (for life)) that people are happily paying $299 for each month and loving.
But hey, people are entitled to have their own opinions and perspectives.
All the best.
Jay
Update Edit: I think you're angry because of a misunderstanding that this is not a keyword research tool. It's a PPC campaign-building tool. We provide keyword data from SEMRush, which is very helpful, but it's not a specialized keyword research tool.
We've spent hundreds of millions of dollars on Google Ads and use a combination of keyword tools, and you are correct to say that there is no keyword tool out there that beats Google Keyword Planner because they are the only ones with all the data. That is why we don't focus massively on Ad Alchemy as a keyword research tool.
Ad Alchemy is a tool that reflects the real-world workflow of some of the biggest Google Ad spenders in the world to create high-performing campaigns at scale.

Don't see the purpose of keeping this tool with its limitations
So.. Yeah there's some decent features and can help with getting ideas for ads quicker but you have to manually copy and paste into your google ads account. I thought this tool would allow you to create ads and automatically update to your G ads account but that's not the case. You can create ads here but you have to publish manually via ads editor.
Everything you do costs credits. Credits are not lifetime but one time. I may have a good year using this but after a year this will be no use for me. This does quicken the ad process but it's primarily for search ads.
Jay_AdAlchemy
Dec 12, 2024Hey there.
Sorry that the tool didn't do as you hoped. I do want to clarify a couple of things, however, as what you said is incorrect.
There are only a couple of things that require credits. They are things that use either the SEMRush API (which is a very expensive API if you've ever worked with it, but one of the best for PPC data) and a few of the things that require AI models to run that are expensive.
However, the reality is you don't need to use those things and very few people have exceeded the number of credits that are in their allocation. Even if they do, they can just buy one-time credits.
To cover off on your statement about uploading directly into Google, this is deliberate for two reasons.
Serious search advertisers don't want another company connecting to their MCC via an API as they then get access to all their data. We deliberately put a wall in between via Google Ads Editor.
Secondly, most people need the GAE guardrails so they don't blow out their accounts. New accounts often only get 10,000 keyword limits. Using GAE, you can check everything locally, and then when you are ready to deploy, you deploy once. If you do an API sync, then everything is in your account and is way harder to manage than when it's in GAE.
I hope that clarifies things.

Does Not integrate with Google Ads
I was expecting a product that integrates with Google Ads, and this does not. I did appreciate the introduction crash course. I also hit a wall trying to generate keywords from websites. I posted a support ticket about it, and haven't seen a reply yet to my support request.

Interesting, but not quite there. Left me hungry for more tacos.
No support for content ads that I can see. No ability to do CPA ads or anything but CPC ads. The AI writing process still left a lot to be desired for manual review compared to me doing the descriptions in GPTo or Ollama 3.3. The workflow has a LOT of dependencies that are disjointed. The landing page analysis was interesting, but no different than SEO analysis other tools provide.
Setting up a campaign should drive people through the process, not force them to learn the tool so they can figure out everything and come back and create a campaign after discovering how to do keywords and cluster and where they may have saved them if they saved at all. It would be great if it helped streamline some of the process such as defining an audience, language, territory, targets and since it has bidding data in the research tools, why can't I import the keyword bidding data into my forecasted cost per click during campaign? I found in the end; this tool just gets in the way and leaves all the hard work up to Google Ads Editor which you have to use because there is no integration with Google Ads.
Can I get my monies worth out of stretching out the use of keyword analysis? Perhaps. But as a creative tool to help be more efficient with creating advertising campaigns I actually think it would be better as a course for using Google Ads editor and understanding how the keyword clustering for ad targeting with aligned ad groups is what drives the value where their AI value add is just a chat prompt that I ended up changing anyway. Their AI seems to have an abstraction of Informational, Transactional, Commercial with intent, but the entire Campaign workflow has no concept of helping you optimize around that. Also, why don't the landing page checks align with keyword intent? My page score was 99 and it recommended to improve images that are already improved, that already have srcset, that already are preloaded or lazy loaded and compressed. I'm already minified, deferred, on a CDN, use GZIP so why is it recommending this stuff to me? Headline analysis worked well enough, but again, perhaps some of the recommendations should also include how to avoid SEO penalties for duplicate content and that some highly optimized landing pages should instead be noindex and if changing on keywords, make sure you have a canonical page. Following the recommendations only from the perspective of marketing could be dangerous. With it being one way, it has 0 ability to be able to help you measure any changes you make or help you refine a campaign after it has posted so everything is treated as new.
At first, I was thinking of 3 tacos, but as I realized how this only helps one think of google ads differently, but doesn't actually assist you with achieving the desired goals I have to remove another taco.
If they can streamline the process, make an ability to import campaigns and keywords and help you scale profitable google ads campaigns then I may come back. As it is right now, it's just an opinionated tool that may help people go "oh, I hadn't thought of organization this way" but instead of making that organization easy and part of the workflow, they still leave it up to you to discern and make sense of and once you submit to ads editor, there is no way to know if the promise is true as there is no A/B testing, no measurement import, no webmaster tools integration, no GA integration. How do I know if their clustering, keyword intent and copy worked without me spending time making google analytics sheets and then realizing i'm probably better off using copilot to manage sheets and clustering there?
I realize a lot of the intent is purely based on google search but not letting me take advantage of partner ads to target informational as leads or heck, having no concept of leads, conversations, clicks or ROAS or any of those just seems odd.

Keeping It
I found the keyword generator and competitor insights largely unhelpful for South Africa however the workflow does feel faster and having access to Semrush data without paying for Semrush is valuable.

I was surprised to see this on appsumo
I was amazed to see this on appsumo. This is far from a new piece of software. I was using this when it first came out which is more years ago than I care to remember.
It ran on my windows machine many moons ago. I upgraded to a Mac and also stopped running ads for a long time.
I was really pleased to see it here and bought it straight away without hesitation.
If you run google ads, you need this, you will save the cost of it in one campaign alone on reduced CPC.
Anyway, if you are on fence, then get off it and try it out, you will be blown away by the sophistication of this software and yet it is easy to use.
This review has not been requested and there is no reward but credit where it is due and this is one 5 taco plus for sure.

WOW!
What did I just do?
How did I end up with 257,853 keywords, 128 ad groups, and 300 ads in less than 10 minutes!
Talk about a dangerous (in a great way) tool in the wrong hands - uff!
As you may be able to tell, I am a newbie at PPC advertising, and there is WAY TOO MUCH info out there - it's frustrating and complicated.
I bought SpeedPPC because I liked how seeing how responsive they are answering questions here on AppSumo, and because I needed something/anything to help me with PPC.
After making my purchase I logged on to SpeedPPC, and they immediately invite you to watch a tutorial on how to use SpeedPPC to create various types of campaigns, ad groups, and keyword sets.
Of, course I had no idea what any of that meant, I only knew what ads and keywords are.
After barely watching the tutorials I went for it - 💥 Talk about overkill!
Tons of keyword groups, ads generated using their AI, ad groups, keyword sets, plus a lot more I have not learned about yet. All done in a matter of a few minutes!
I said "screw it" let's just follow instructions and upload this campaign - blown away again! Instantly Google liked it!
Then I started running into problems - not with SpeedPPC - it was my lack of experience in PPC combined with having such a powerful tool.
I had to ask for help - I couldn't take it anymore so I cried to SpeedPPC's support and they responded. They said, "Don't quit, Billy. You are almost there!" When was the last time tech support gave you encouragement? Jay "da Man" at SpeedPPC, began to provide me technical support and guidance above and beyond what I was expecting. The problem is my lack of experience, not SpeedPPC.
SpeedPPC is the SOLUTION!
I started fresh with a new campaign using Microsoft ads, and things started out good, then I got a support call from Microsoft to "help" me with my ads. The rep understood the Microsoft Ads interface, and tool, but they could not understand why I had so many ad groups, ads, keywords and keyword groups. I took their advice and trimmed down my campaign to one ad group, 703 keywords, and 3 ads.
Several days have passed, and I believe that the results I was getting with my SpeedPPC campaign were better.
Now I have a better understanding of PPC and what KPI's I need to pay attention to, plus I have learned more about how to use SpeedPPC and thematic keyword campaigns. SpeedPPC is also adding a new tool that will analyze my landing page and make recommendations.
Because I am now more comfortable with PPC advertising, I am creating a new campaign using SpeedPPC, then uploading it to compare with the campaign the MS Ads person "optimized" for me - since I live in Las Vegas, I'm willing to gamble that the SpeedPPC campaign will crush it!💪
I HIGHLY recommend this product, and I'm telling you - make sure you read the instructions and get it right from the start.
SpeedPPC is gonna blow you away!
Thanks, Jay - this is a great tool!

Speed Boost
I love the streamlined workflow of the ads building process.
Speed boosting my Google Ads Campaign building experience by a lot. The thematic campaign with keyword listing mixing, along with recommendations during ads building is a very valuable feature for beginners.
I was having Google Ads UX bugged out on me every time, having disconnections, unable to download reports and non-responsive clicks on the ads and ads group. SpeedPPC flow makes things ALOT easier and fast. Easy to understand also.
The end of the process currently requires copy paste of the data to Google Ads Editor, the Google Ads Editor part becomes confusing. (Not SpeedPPC fault, but hope can be done through API with Google Ads later on - seem to be coming soon)

No kidding, they are FAST
I've been going thru many Google Ads trainings, working with industrial professionals in Google Ads, and SpeedPPC's training video already shows way more effective, organize Google ads practices!
As name suggest speedppc - I've launched a whole new set of campaigns (more organized) in 1/10 time I would on Google Ads platform directly. Amazed. 5 tacos.
Only con but not really - is Research - Expand keywords gives me almost identical results as Google Ads's built-in keyword planner. I suppose it is there for convenience. BUT Suggest keywords give some really interesting keywords, so I'll go find out.

Newbie here, so impressed and Support is amazing
I am a small biz owner so have very little experience with google ads. After being tired of paying agencies thousands/month to manage my ads and getting pretty blah results, I’m dived into learning things myself. I have been so impressed with SpeedPPC as I’m an absolute beginner. I’ve been able to launch my ads now and can’t wait to see what it does but so far so good. To be able to launch ads en mass when the agency i was using gave me 3-8 ads for $2000/month…. Um…hello! But mostly, I want to give a massive shoutout to Jay cause he responded to my silly newbie questions so promptly and really took the time to help me out. This is one of my favourite purchases from app sumo over the many years I’ve been purchasing on here. Thanks Jay!!!

Speedy like the name
Speed PPC is a great tool for anyone looking to start or grow a PPC campaign. The export features are perfect for sharing your campaigns with other managers, and the keyword research tool is a particularly helpful addition. The only downside is that some of the features, such as ad testing and budgeting, are a bit more complicated than they need to be.
Pros:
-Great report generator
-Keyword research tool
-Export features
-Easy to use
-Affordable
Cons:
-Some features could be easier to use
- The guides could be more beginner friendly>
I checked in with Jay (Founder) and I'm please to learn they're preparing a user friendly course.
