Hi, I am doing the free trial. In that, there is a meun item for PDF Accessibility. In that, I can upload a PDF. My questions:
1) - How long does it take to get results? My docs have been there for 30 mins and it still says pending.
2) What is the monthly limit for items uploaded to "PDF accessibility menu?"
3) What are the "100 pages & 50 PDFs" on Tier 3 & 4? Is that like, I upload a PDF with 25 pages, afterwards, I now have 75 pages and 49 PDFs left to be scanned? If my next PDF has 75 pages, am I out of page scans?
4) Does the "100 pages & 50 PDFs" reset each month, or is that a one time amount?
5) AI remediation does not seem to be included in any tier, is this correct?

1. If the PDF scan seems to take longer than a minute, you should rescan. There is a three-dot menu (⋮) on the side. You can click on it, then select Rescan.
2. The monthly limit depends on your tier. For example, the License Tier 3 plan includes 50 PDF scans per month (and 100 pages per PDF max).
3. The “100 pages & 50 PDFs” is 50 PDFs per month and up to 100 pages per PDF. So a 25-page PDF uses 1 PDF credit, and a 75-page PDF also uses 1 PDF credit (as long as it’s under 100 pages).
4. The PDF scan limit is per month (it resets after 30 days).
5. AI remediation is automatically included in every tier that includes Agency features.
