One more thing that is missing... a guest address book. I do not want my clients signing into my account, but they are my guests. So as previously stated I cannot assign them tasks, but also, I have to type their name and email address in for each meeting. It would be great if there was an integration to my gmail or at least a guest address book so I could pick the guests names from there instead of looking up their email address each time.

About the data backup, besides sharing minutes on your email, or ability to export them and keep a copy on your computer or on any file-sharing tools you prefer like Google Drive or Dropbox, we will launch soon a content backup feature where you'll be able to export and take a copy of all your data as a backup and also the ability to import them again anytime back to the system. Regards to the timeline, just make sure all your meetings are linked to certain projects so it would appear on the timeline.
Vectera integration and other tools for video conferencing offered by AppSumo is on our roadmap and will be released soon. We will also be introducing new features on how to use adam.ai with your clients to help them keep track of the project’s important decisions, deadlines, and progress which will help build trustful strong relationships. They will have more access to the meeting content and the project in general where your clients can view more insights on the project, have a summary of all the decisions taken and follow up on actions, this in addition to a separate place in the system where you’ll be able to add all your guests and this will surely act as the guest address book you mentioned.
