First Impressions - Meetings Management Platform
I don't have any tool to organize my meetings on the cloud so this one fits the bill!
Not really sure about the "A.I." part but few minutes into the platform, I was able to create a new project and the meeting minutes I would have to try for tomorrow's meeting.
I'm always game to try something new aside from the usual office suite of applications so getting all meeting minutes and files organized is a plus for me, as the platform is really built for this purpose.
Why 4 tacos?
It's missing a lot of integrations that I would have wanted like Vectera, Freedcamp, Livewebinar, Harmonizely, etc. Those appsumo deals we have loved!
The deal is also limited to 40 members so to get more, you need to subscribe to their regular plan or create new meetplaces to separate meetings!
No custom domain so whitelabel branding, etc. is not there (yet).
Mobile app is not there (yet)
Overall, I think it is a handy tool, worth a code or two, depending on your use case! I'll try to do a video review which I plan to start this 2020 so watch out :))

Regarding the AI part, it’s coming very soon on our mobile app release, where adam.ai acts as your intelligent meeting assistant that will be able to proactively assist you throughout the entire meeting flow; during preparation, facilitation, and documentation. The mobile app is mainly a conversational user interface, so you can to interact with Adam the assistant to help you easily reach the content of your meetings by typing “Hey Adam, please send me the meeting minutes for last week’s client meeting”. The intelligence here completes the platform that would act to accumulate an organization’s knowledge base for all the collective meetings held.
We understand your need to integrate with these apps you mentioned are offered by AppSumo, and they are all on our roadmap and will be soon available to be on your same workflow.
The customization is important and it’s already available on the enterprise plan as customizing the app color and logo. We are planning to make it available soon on the pro plan.
