Une escroquerie

Effectivement comme beaucoup ici il est profondément déplorable d'avoir acheté un plan "A VIE" d'utilisation de cette application avec une mise à jour a vie vers les futures plan pro.
Hors à ce jour nous avons tout simplement été supprimé de leur base ou alors il fallait payer un abonnement.
Moi qui été dithyrambique sur ce logiciel je vais désormais faire en sorte de les descendre autant que possible car cette politique est tout simplement inacceptable !!!
Et de votre côté APPSUMO, vous devez refuser ou attaquer ce genre de pratique sinon c'est vous qui en payerez les conséquences.

SCAM! LTD just got cancelled - Can't trust this scammer!

we have to pay monthly fee for "V4", just a way to trick the LTD buyers and canel the LTD. This is the biggest slap in the face to early LTD supporters!!

Product itself was okay, didn't find it useful at the start but either way it's a scam.

Not reputable

Be aware, Adam AI sold a "lifetime" package of their product to many of us. Then, we were told that the V3 of this product would no longer be supported, and that V4 would require a monthly paid subscription.
You can't trust a platform that is happy to take a lifetime payment and only provide a couple of years product.

There are a few things I´d like to let you know, maybe they help:

1) In total, I like Adam, it seems a big help. Don´t think I would pay the rather steep price, if it wasn´t free for 1 year, though. If a LTD is not coming forward after 1 year, I am sure to leave this, so this perspective kind of clouds the fun I allow myself to have with Adam. Still, I´ll give it 3-4 Tacos for now.

On the improvement side

1) I miss being able to group uploaded files in folder or otherwise sort them, this easily and quickly becomes messy
2) It would be great to have one whiteboard or notepad, or notes outside meetings, where general info like URLs, passwords, onboarding procedure or comparable infos could be posted
3) Newly invited team members get their invite from “Karim”, instead of me, the meeting owner. They had no clue, who Karim was and quickly deleted the e-mail
4) There was no way of re-inviting these members, or resend to someone who didn´t get the e-mail. So far, I also haven´t found how to kick-out one of the members, so I could re-register them

I like the UI and the main features that have been implemented.
But two deal killer items that is preventing me from making this operable in my scenario:

1. Currently calendar integration is only 1 way (from adam.ai to the integrated calendar)
There are many integrated calendar applications that I already use today, including the ones that my work requires. I cannot possibly schedule every meeting from adam.ai, or not able to add notes to meetings scheduled by all other calendar apps. If I want to add a quick meeting notes, it ends up showing on my calendar as a new meeting, overlapping the already scheduled meeting.

2. No guest access to meeting notes.
I work for a small team that interacts with a lot of cross functional teams. My notes cannot be shared/viewed meaning that I need to spend extra time re-doing my notes. That defeats the original purpose of using the tool. Furthermore, action items can only be assigned to members, so I can't really track actions agreed by cross functional teams either.

Again, I like the UI and the smoothness of the service.
However. if adam.ai positions itself for small internal team meetings only, then this is not for me.
I am debating whether to keep it since I can't really use it.

Very powerful but not yet useful

It's very intuitive and great asset for managing meetings, especially the monotonous aspects of documenting minutes, assigning and following up on actions.
However, It is built strictly for internal use only as there's no official role assigned for Clients. Inviting clients as guests is too limiting. The owners would need to create a new role for clients (and make it unlimited) or else this will really not be useful as most teams already have internal collaboration tools.
Also, it will be useless for me unless Livewebinar and Marvin are integrated.
Adam.ai would deserve 5 tacos if the owners take care of the two points noted above and I'm hoping they do it fast before the refund window closes.

4.5 Tacos... Love This Solution! Just One Critique.

I am in love with Adam.ai! Been needing to manage/track my meetings for a long time in a centralized location where I can invite clients to also see past agendas, action steps, and minutes from the meetings. I love how it integrates with Calendly! A client schedules a meeting vai Calendly and automatically a meeting is created inside Adam.ai. SMOOOOTH as butter! In addition, a ZOOM LINK is auto-created and the meeting auto-recorded if I select "Zoom" as the meeting choice. LOVE-LOVE this. Such a time saver as well as perfect organizer. I was thrilled to see this deal on AppSumo and that a White-label option is coming PLUS integration with PLUTIO! WOW. Can't be more excited.

I do have a crique, however. Adam.ai seems more geared to a company's INTERNAL meetings when it comes to the whole Members and Guests scenario. Let me explain. Just this weekend I had a client book a meeting via Calendly. It setup in Adam.ai beautifully. I added her to the meeting as a GUEST and set the conference mode to ZOOM. Then I used the SEND INVITES feature to invite her to the meeting. That's where things turned sour.

"Where is the link to join the Zoom meeting link?" she asked.

"Is it not in the email invite you received from Adam.ai?" I inquired. It was not. And she later shared her screen with me to drive home this point.

So I said, "Oh, you must view the meeting in order to see the Zoom link and the Minutes, etc." So she happily attempts to log into Adam.ai. But she's a Guest (as she OUGHT to be as my client). She had zero access to the Meeting Place. I was forced to make her a MEMBER for her to see her Project and our Meeting Space for the meeting that was all about HER and HER PROJECT.

So I think we need more roles than MEMBER and GUEST. What about MEMBER, GUEST, and CLIENT. So at the VERY least, a client can get the Zoom link inside the meeting invite along with access to the meeting, the same as my team members have access to it.

That's really my only critique! Oh, and that the Zoom link be added to all outbound meeting invites if a Zoom meeting has been created.

Otherwise, I'm VERY happy with this acquisition. With some minor adjustments, I'll happily recommend this product to MANY others!

My team and I track TASKS and PROJECTS inside PLUTIO.

And my clients and I track MEETINGS and ACTION ITEMS inside ADAM.AI. I found it best to simply keep the two separated and allow my clients to focus on their client "homework." That way I'm free to talk how I want to my team inside Plutio, privately, without worrying about a client seeing my comments, or a team member seeing what a client says, etc. It's great to have the clients where the Meeting Agenda, Minutes, Notes, Suggestions, Votes, are. I absolutely love this invention.

Very Promising but lacks quite a bit of features

The concept is great and a very much needed tool however, there is a big lack of integrations.

Most of us use schedulers already such as Schedule Once, or Book Like a Boss, etc which already creates Zoom links for us. What would be great would be a sync with them so that when an event is scheduled we can choose to add to existing project or create a new project.

An integration would be great with Google Calendar as well.

There are many tools like Zoho Meeting, Zoho Bookings, Zoho Calendar, Zoho Connect, and Zoho CRM that would be great to integrate this with.

I am going to keep my code and give it a chance to really improve their integrations, but it would be difficult for me to recommend to others at this time for anything other than basic meeting notes.

adam.ai handles the entire meeting lifecycle (Before, During, and After) and is more than just a meeting note, it links and retrieves your meeting content, to come up with insights that would be useful for everyone as managers, teams or individuals. Along with high-level project management features like the project dashboard to link, organize and get meetings insights with its content under these projects as a timeline.

Google Calendar integration is now available and I understand the need to integrate with more scheduling tools as you mentioned and most of them are on our roadmap and will be available. In addition to releasing public APIs where you can create your own custom flow that works best for you. Will keep you updated sure with the other integrations once available.

All-in-One Platform with Intuitive Features & Great Storage Space

Comparing the other project manager apps out there this deal is a steal, especially for the amount of users and storage you get. The support has been great and where this platform really shines is how it organizes the overall flow of information from each meeting. It is not perfect at the moment but if the features being added in the near future happen this will pay for itself multiple times over.

Great concept, Bad Execution due to one major flaw

While the idea of a Meeting Minutes / Scheduling data storage system is appealing, it fails to meet some major needs of larger organizations. The UI/UX is mostly well thought out, & everything works as expected in that sense. It has a lot of practical features that most people would use & benefit from, including a native tasking & project system although they are pretty flawed in terms of execution.

PROS:
- Easy to use
- Great UI/UX
- Decent amount of major integrations
- Zoom native

CONS:
- Project System doesn't work as expected, while projects with users are supported, it's impossible to share meetings with other team members. They can see the project once shared, & you can associate meeting MOM's with the projects easily, but when a team member opens the project they can only see the number of meetings associated with that project, not any of the notes of the meetings themselves & the timeline is completely broken. In concept, I should be able to have my team members create new projects for each client, then associate there weekly status meetings into that project & while I may not be in that meeting itself, I can open the project & see a timeline of all the meetings that happened with that client. We run meetings weekly with our customers to discuss ongoing campaigns & status updates, as the CEO I can't attend 300 meetings a week so I only can occasionally attend to maintain relationships with our customers. I need the ability to open the project I have been associated with, & see a timeline of all the meetings notes so I am on the same page as the project before it even happens or even during it.

While the timeline itself exists & works if you attended the meeting itself, it shows nothing if you did not even if you have been added into this project iself. This defeats the entire purpose of having a team in this system & having team permissions on projects. Why would I want to have a project where all I can see is the number of meetings & decisions made, but no context into what they are unless I am in the hundreds of meetings we do annually with dozens of clients. Just really poorly thought out, & kills the usefulness of the entire project in a larger organization.
- Integrations don't always work - While I personally had no issues linking my Slack, zoom & google drive, my team did experience system errors on adam.io's side like error 0x0000000 whatever that means when linking Google Drive. This is a major oversight.
- No REST API or API at all - Does support 2 task managers (Trello & Asana) to sync any action item tasks, 100's of project management tools exist. I don't expect adam.ai to develop all these integrations nor would that be possible, a REST API is st&ard in modern SAAS products so organizations like ours can build integrations for our workflow.
- Should allow you to stack deals & buy MORE users

These flaws make the project nearly useless for us & make the entire project system/team useless. Fix this & It's 5 Tacos ALL DAY.

Thanks for your feedback. We understand the need for large organizations that why we have a different plan "enterprise" that includes more custom features and integrations that better fit larger organizations.

In regards to the project dashboard, definitely it aims to share project insights and progress to all members who have been invited to this project. However, on the timeline, members can only view the content of the meetings (associated with this project) that they were invited to. We believe that some meetings within projects should not be shared with all members like the finance meetings, that's why not all project's meetings are visible to everyone unless they are invited to. We have made it easy too to add attendees to meetings through the "Search by Project" option while creating the meeting so you can effortlessly add all project members as attendees to the meeting at once.

However, we are working on new updates on the projects page to include high-level project management insights and more settings where you can give permission to specific members to view all the meetplace projects and meetings such as CEO or top managers.

All integrations work fine, If you have a specific issue please contact our support. We are looking to make you easily integrate with adam.ai with the tools you already use to automate your workflow. One of the ways we're planning for is integrating with Zapier and launching public APIs.

Really great looking tool with room for improvement

I originally dismissed the idea of this tool as I already have a half dozen other tools for scheduling/calendar/meeting related tasks. I have also not had great luck with other similar agenda/meeting minutes type apps in the past. Then I watched a few videos on Adam.ai and poked around the site a bit and I started to see some possibilities. I grabbed a single code and I've been really impressed with the tool thus far. I immediately put it to use on a meeting I had this morning, setting the existing meeting and creating an agenda inside of Adam.ai literally 15 minutes before the meeting was to take place. The design was so intuitive that I had no problems getting things set and my associates had no issue getting in and understanding what was going on. I am going to give it a second go in about 30 minutes for another already scheduled call. If it works out again I will probably grab another code.

As great as the tool is, there are definitely some easy to remedy shortcomings, which others have already pointed out. Lack of integrations and some missing features among them. But it seems many of these things are already on the roadmap which could make this a 5 taco deal in no time.

PROS
• Simple and clean design
• Intuitive interface
• Quick setup with many options
• Great value at each code

CONS
• No option for US date format (this will be a huge issue for any of us in the USA)
• No time zone on the time selection area. I'd like to know for sure what time zone I am working with and that all of the attendees are receiving the invites/ setting things up in their current time zone.
• As far as I can tell, there is no dynamic function to the meeting invites. I.e. if you make any changes to the date or time no update is sent out. At least it wasn't in my tests. This is a significant missing feature.
• No whitelabel. Would be especially welcome on the email invites and landing page.
• Very light on the integrations. Their movement in this area will make or break the success of this tool.

INTEGRATION WISH LIST
I know we all have integration requests for Adam.ai. I hope they will have a public roadmap and/or support community where we can formally request and vote on integrations. Here are my top wish integrations:
• Infinity (startinfinity.com) which is becoming a hugely popular alternative to Trello, Asana, ClickUp
• Microsoft Teams - they already have O365 calendar integration so why not take that a step further for non-slack + non-zoom using teams?
• Uberconference (or other conference call services) as not everyone is using video calling
• BigMarker Another very popular video conferencing option
• Jitsi still another video option with a great free tier

The time zone is supported, you can find it on your account settings page where you'll be able to set your time zone area. But note that timezones here are not for each meeting, when the meeting gets created it automatically changes the time according to the timezone in your account settings for you and all the attendees you invited.

Regarding meeting invitations, the meeting invitations are not automatically sent to the attendees as we wanted to give more flexibility as sometimes you won’t need to send invitations immediately and send the invitations whenever you like. In regards to meeting rescheduling notification, we definitely have that. But when an attendee isn't previously invited he'll not receive a rescheduling email as he wasn't invited before. So we’ll make it more accessible by adding an option while creating a meeting to automatically send the invitations to the attendees.

Guest accessibility updates, White-labeling and most of the integrations you mentioned are on our roadmap and will be available soon. We’ll also have a public portal where you can share all your ideas and vote on all the other requested features and be able to see the upcoming released features.

One more thing that is missing... a guest address book. I do not want my clients signing into my account, but they are my guests. So as previously stated I cannot assign them tasks, but also, I have to type their name and email address in for each meeting. It would be great if there was an integration to my gmail or at least a guest address book so I could pick the guests names from there instead of looking up their email address each time.

Helps more than I thought...

For years I've been using Evernote to record my meetings. It works fine. But I thought for $100 lets try out this Adam.AI. I'm glad I did. I just used it for my first meeting and found it actually quite useful to have the information fields there for completion: Date, time, attendees, notes, actions, etc. Having those fields there to quickly complete, and being able to assign tasks was great. It was quite intuitive. One thing to watch is the Projects. I saw an AppSumo guy do a video about Adam.AI and he said for a freelancer to use the projects as your customers. I can see how useful this will be. I can click on my project 'customer' and see all our meetings and information. Watch how you use Projects... its important.

Now I don't like leaving my data in apps like this... what if they crash and burn and I lose my info. So what I did at the end was email the meeting package to myself (and my guest). I then sent the email I received to my evernote - so I'll still have a copy in there as well. All I did was forward it by email so not too tough.

What would I like to see?
- On the Project page, I'd like to be able to click on the meetings, actions items etc. and have them show up (It seems like it shoud... maybe the link just wasn't working?)
- On the attendance it would nice to add in how they attended. ie. some in person, some via phone, etc. Just a field or options such as: In Person, Audio, or Audio&Video (Imp. to be able to say if they could see something and were just not on the phone)
- Vectura option/integration (not just zoom)
- being able to assign tasks to a guest... this is important. I need to give my clients tasks to do, and would rather those tasks be in the actions then in the notes. I don't want them accessing my system, but I do want them to have a list of action items.

All that being said, I was surprised... I didn't think I would like or need it... but I did. Its like the heated seats in the truck, you don't them or appreciate them until you've tried them... then wow, how could you do without it.

Organize your meetings better and save time

I used before a simple Google Doc for our meetings. I have already started using Adam.ai and it is really great. We are finally going to organize our meetings better and save time.

To be on top I just miss:
- The ability to duplicate meetings
- Schedule recurring meetings
- And templates

Great UI & Concept

Let me start by saying that I really like this product and can't wait to try it again in the future. I purchased it and dove into it aggressively to understand what it's potential is, how I could implement it in my business, etc. After really putting it through its paces, I had to decide on a refund for the following reasons:
1. No integration with calendars. This is a big deal because I need a solution that doesn't add to an already heavy workload. I would have to manually add every event to a project.
2. Not quite ready for primetime when inviting guests to a meeting. Meeting invites reference a non-existent button in the email and come from a company they wouldn't be familiar with. Which leads me to...
3. Would prefer a Whitelabel option.
4. Limited assignment capabilities for "Actions". I expected to be able to assign an Action to a meeting attendee.

Really liked the overall user experience and hope the developer is really successful because it promises to be an excellent tool!

We do offer calendar integrations with office 365. Google calendar is also there on our integrations list, we just made an update which is currently under Review, we have disabled it to prevent any confusion but will be back very soon.

About the guest, we have received many feedback on the guests accessibility to the system and we are working on some updates where guests can view the meeting room, assign actions to them and many other features. However, we offer now the base, send a meeting invitation to them, take their attendance during the meeting and you can share meeting content (minutes of the meeting) with them anytime via email.

Whitelabel is already available on our enterprise plan, as we received the same request many times so we are planning to add it to the pro plan soon, this would also include the invitation emails branding.

Finally, you can definitely assign actions on attendees, we do have dedicated action management through the actions page for more actions features. This is beside the actions tile inside the meeting room where you can assign actions on meeting attendees, set due dates, the severity with also attaching all related documents, comments and even add sub-actions.
