4.5 Tacos... Love This Solution! Just One Critique.
I am in love with Adam.ai! Been needing to manage/track my meetings for a long time in a centralized location where I can invite clients to also see past agendas, action steps, and minutes from the meetings. I love how it integrates with Calendly! A client schedules a meeting vai Calendly and automatically a meeting is created inside Adam.ai. SMOOOOTH as butter! In addition, a ZOOM LINK is auto-created and the meeting auto-recorded if I select "Zoom" as the meeting choice. LOVE-LOVE this. Such a time saver as well as perfect organizer. I was thrilled to see this deal on AppSumo and that a White-label option is coming PLUS integration with PLUTIO! WOW. Can't be more excited.
I do have a crique, however. Adam.ai seems more geared to a company's INTERNAL meetings when it comes to the whole Members and Guests scenario. Let me explain. Just this weekend I had a client book a meeting via Calendly. It setup in Adam.ai beautifully. I added her to the meeting as a GUEST and set the conference mode to ZOOM. Then I used the SEND INVITES feature to invite her to the meeting. That's where things turned sour.
"Where is the link to join the Zoom meeting link?" she asked.
"Is it not in the email invite you received from Adam.ai?" I inquired. It was not. And she later shared her screen with me to drive home this point.
So I said, "Oh, you must view the meeting in order to see the Zoom link and the Minutes, etc." So she happily attempts to log into Adam.ai. But she's a Guest (as she OUGHT to be as my client). She had zero access to the Meeting Place. I was forced to make her a MEMBER for her to see her Project and our Meeting Space for the meeting that was all about HER and HER PROJECT.
So I think we need more roles than MEMBER and GUEST. What about MEMBER, GUEST, and CLIENT. So at the VERY least, a client can get the Zoom link inside the meeting invite along with access to the meeting, the same as my team members have access to it.
That's really my only critique! Oh, and that the Zoom link be added to all outbound meeting invites if a Zoom meeting has been created.
Otherwise, I'm VERY happy with this acquisition. With some minor adjustments, I'll happily recommend this product to MANY others!
My team and I track TASKS and PROJECTS inside PLUTIO.
And my clients and I track MEETINGS and ACTION ITEMS inside ADAM.AI. I found it best to simply keep the two separated and allow my clients to focus on their client "homework." That way I'm free to talk how I want to my team inside Plutio, privately, without worrying about a client seeing my comments, or a team member seeing what a client says, etc. It's great to have the clients where the Meeting Agenda, Minutes, Notes, Suggestions, Votes, are. I absolutely love this invention.
