Q: A few questions
First of all, it's nice to see a company from Poland!
Second, some questions:
1. You mention developing inbox feature for comments and DM. Since it's going to be introduced at a later date, will it be included as a feature in all tiers or only some?
2. I'm not fond of AI. Is it possible to use the platform without using it and without being prompted to use it?
3. Are there any features beyond obvious generative features that rely heavily on AI and thus become unusable without it?
4. Is there a way to tag or color code different posts ("engagement," "sale," etc.) for a visual view?
5. X credits: do they count toward the month the post is scheduled in or the month the post is published in? I.e. if I schedule a post for X in October to be published in November, which month's limit does it count toward?

Oct 15, 2026A: Hi! Thanks, greetings from Poland :)
1. The inbox will be included in all tiers, it isn't tied to a plan. The first version covers comments on Facebook Pages, Instagram, Threads, YouTube, Bluesky, Mastodon and LinkedIn Pages. DMs won't be in the first release, but they are coming as well later.
2. Yes. Writing, scheduling, publishing, the calendar, analytics and bulk/CSV uploads all work without AI, and nothing runs AI on its own. You'll still just see a small "Write with AI" button in the caption box and an AI Tools section in the menu. You can ignore them.
3. No. Beyond caption writing and image generation, nothing depends on AI. Alt text, hashtags, analytics and scheduling are all manual or rule-based.
4. Not yet. Right now the calendar colors posts by status (draft, scheduled, published, failed), and you can filter by platform and status. Tags with custom colors is something that already was requested and it's on our roadmap.
5. Credits are deducted when the post is published, not when you schedule it. So a post scheduled in October for November uses November's credits. If publishing fails, the credits go back to you. One detail: credits refill monthly from the date you activated your deal, not on the 1st of the month.
