Q: MCP/API limits, comment-DM, White label, account limits

Hi, few questions, as i'm considering to buy:
* Is it possible to fully manage all socials posting, images, video, etc preparation and all other stuff via our own Agents ,like Codex, Cursor? And any limits on API/MCP calls or other kind?
* Is there or when is planned to have comment to DM automation (like manychat) and which platforms will be there? and is it possible to make now via our own Agents?
* For social accounts, is it matter how many worspaces i use and per each how many accounts connected? If i want to connect 100 accounts from not linked to each other (as I want to make multiple IG and TT accounts and autorun full cicle) ?
* For white label, when client will connect their account, i guess it'll show connecting to Adaptlypost, right? and for we can have 150 clients or 50 (workspace vs Team) ?

A: Hi!

1. Yes, your agents (Codex, Cursor, Claude and others) can run everything through our API and MCP: creating and scheduling posts, uploading images and videos, managing workspaces. The one step that still needs a browser is connecting a social account, because each platform makes you log in on its own screen.

2. We're planning a unified inbox. Comment-to-DM automation isn't planned yet, and if we build it, it will only cover Facebook and Instagram, since Meta is the platform that officially supports DMing someone who commented. So for now your agents can't do it through us either.

3. There's no limit on how many accounts a workspace can hold. You can connect as many Instagram, TikTok or other accounts as you want, in as many workspaces as you like, and they don't need to be linked to each other.

4. Right, when a client connects their account, the platform's login screen will show AdaptlyPost. White label removes our branding from the public dashboard only. Workspaces can be fully isolated from each other, each one can have multiple members, and the same member can be in several workspaces.
